Today I awoke refreshed and rejuvenated.
I do not know exactly why my sleep was so much different than usual, but this time when I slept I actually felt myself slipping into a deeper sleep. It felt nice. I haven't slept like that in years. I realize that I have not typed up a journal is over a year so it's time that I did.
I have been in my current location for a year and a week now. It has been an unusal thing for me because I do not stay anywhere that long. Almost Kidnapped...true story!
